St. Lucie County, Florida, on the folloving described
property to-Wit:

as per P1at thereof recorded in Plat 3ook 11, page 2,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THAT C. SWANSON AND ALICE T. DODD Were husband and Wife
at the time of the aforesaid conveyance and that they
remained husband and wife continuously from the date
of the aforesaid Deed untitl the di!te of the death of
the aforesaid C. SWANSON DODD on September 7, 1972•
