Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared this
day ROYCE R. LEW IS, who after being by me first duly sworn did
say as follows; That 1 am an attorney at law practicing in Fort
Pierce, Florida and in such capacity did prepare that certain
Warranty Deed conveying the above described property, dated May
17, 1973 from Lee Roy Crews, a single adult to Edn~ F. Fisher,
recorded in O. R. Book 214, Page 774 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida That I further personally know the grantee
named in said deed. That the correct legal name of said grantee is
Edna L. Fisher and not Edna F. Fisher as therein stated. That it
was only through si.mple typographical error that the middle initial
of said grantee Fisher was given as F instead of L as it should have
been. That Edna L. Fisher is the true and correct name of the
~ grantee in said deed and she is one and the same person as Edna F.
