the sewer line from his property to the closest existing sewer line
stub-out to the south and will replace any asphalt required to be
removed and remove any fill required to be excavated for the install-
ation of said line so that KIMCO'S property will be in as nearly the
same condition as now exists as is possible. During the course of
construction CARLTON shail take all safety measures and precautions
as is necessary to insure that no injuries or property damage Mill
occur to any third persons from said installation and agrees to
indemnify and hold KI6lCO harmless in this regard.

4. CARLTON agrees that he will supply a grease trap on
his property with a five inch (5") cast iron pipe from the grease
trap to the connection with the sewer line at his -property line and
he acknowledges that he anticipates expelling approximately 2Q00
gallons of sewage per day.
5. The agreements contained herein shall be binding
ugon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties.
