Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract 16, Section 9, Township
33 South, Range 39 East, according to last general plat of lands
of lndian River Farms Company, filed in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2,
Page 25, and now being in Indian River County, Florida and run
North on the East line of said tract 16, a distance of 378.2 feet;
thence run West a distance of 363.30 feet to the center line of a
20 foot easement as shown on the plat of Glendale Lakes Subdivision
in Plat Book 6, page 26, Public Records of lndian River County,
Florida; thence run South a distance of 380. 86 feet to the South
boundary of said tract l6; thence run East on said South boundary a
distance of 363.30 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following rights -of -~way:
The Easterly 40 feet; that part of said Tract 16 which is included in
the external area formed by a 25 foot radius arc tangent to a line 40
feet Westerly of and parallel to the East line of said Section 9, and
tangent to a line 40 feet Northerly of and parallel to the South line of
said Section 9; and the existing right-of -way for Glendale Road (State
Road S-612) and Clemenns Avenue (State Road S-611) and all con -
taining 0. 12 of an acre, more or less.
