KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRES:NTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. Lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Richard B.
Sheets, Jr. S Ruthann T. Sheets, his wife dated April 13 i913 , and recorded
i~ the pubiic records of $t. Lucie County, Florida, in Officiat Reco~d 6ook 213 on page
1912 , securing the payment of the sum of
Two Thousand S i x Hundred and no/ 100------------------------------ Dollars (E 2,600.00 )
covering property in the County of S t. Luc i e , Florida, dath hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
