THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on `/,LJ
1973, upon a Petition for Dissolution of Mar ' ge f~led by the
Husband, and the Court, after hearing testimony and having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of ;
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists be-
tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
' should be dissolved.
It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
` l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between James

~ Henry King and Betty King, be arid the same is hereby dissolved,

' and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

f the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~

~ the obligations arising therefrom.
