This cause coming on to be heard and it appearing that on January 12, 1973, a letter
was sent to the Plaintfff stating that the case would be dismissed within ten days for f
lack of prosecution if we did not hear from her. Her only rep~y was that the defendant ;
had married and was living in another town anJ she wished we could collect her money. ;
It is therefoi•e ordered by the Court that the abo~~e entitled cause be and the same is herebr dis-
missed at the cost of the Ptaintiff.
