AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
On this day, before me, the undersigned authority,
personally appeared SHERWOOD J. JOHNSON, who, after being by
me first duly sw~orn, on oath says: That my name is SHERWOOD
J. JOHNSON; that affiant is the grantee, together with his
wife, in that certain deed dated December 4, 1958, wherein
SHERWOOD L. JOHIdSON and MAGGIE LEE JOHNSON conveyed Lot 5,
Block 31, Unit No. 4, LAKEWOOD PARK, to affiant and his wife,
PATRICIA AI3N JOHNSON.
The grantors, SHERWOOD L. JOHNSON and MAGGIE LEE
JOHIJSON, are affiant's mother and father and were Y?usband and
wife on March 23, 1957 and December 4, 1958, and on alI dates
in between.
AFFIANT SAYS NOTHING FURTHER.
