THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the sworn
Petition of ROSE A. DeLUCCA, natwral guardian of the person and
duly qualified and actinq guardian o£ the property of ANDRE'W P.
DeLUCCA in this cause before the Court,~ and the Court being ~
fully advised in the premises, and it beinq to the best interest
of ANDREW P. DeLUCCA, who has reached his majority and filed his
j~Taiver and Consent to discharge his guardian and to have all the
assets distributed to him,_ it is thereupon:
ORDERED anc2 ADJUDGED:
1. That ROSE A. DeLUCCA be and she is hereby authorized
to transfer savings account of Dade Federal Savings and Loan ~ssoc-
iation, Account No. 06-1-029675-2.
