THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into thia~^~ day og
1973, by and between FF.NTON R. ~~ATHEWS and JERY MATHEWS,
his ~fe, hezeinafter cal2ed the parties of the first part; and
PATRICK B. I.1~I.LY and COR~311r' CONSTRUCTION COM.PAt~Y, a Flor ida
corporatien, hereinafter called the partfes of the second pert,

That if the said parties of the second part shall f irst
make the payments and perform the cov~r.ants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be r~ade and per€ormed, the said parties of the ~
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the
said parties of the second part, in the estate aforesaid, and
their heirs, executors, adr.iinistrators, successors or assigns,
ir. fee sir.tple, by a good and sufficient deed, the fo2lawing
describeu property, together with all improvements thereon,
lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Sw 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 3S South,
Range 40 East, containing ten acres, more or less.
