instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, leqal representatives, and assigns, including atl sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
s;ngular and/or plural, and the masculine and%or feminine and the naturat andlor artificial pe~sons, whenever and
whereve~ the context so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COMMUNiTY FEOERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That fdr divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the agg~egate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter describec~, the Mongagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, ~elease, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possessio~, situate in the County of

; TOGETHER with all strudures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue f~om said premises all of which are inctuded
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and othe~ heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
