of the County of St . Lucie , State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successo~s, legal representatives, and assigns, includi~g all sub- .
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular and/or plural, and the masculine and~or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and
whe~ever the context so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COMMUN!TY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing unde~ the taws of the tlnited States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used en every i~stance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
s4m of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following destribed
reat estate, of which the 141ortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possessio~, situate in the County of
St . LuCie . State of Florida, tawit:

3 TOGETHER with a!I structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, ptumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
_ and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
may be detached or detachable.

= IT IS ~.1UTUAlLY COVENANTED AND AGREE~ by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
; gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anyt~me within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
' fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
' f~rther advances, with interest, shall be secured by th;s morrgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
