ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard on wife's motion for temporary
relief and the court having heard the testimony of the wife it is
therefore,
pRDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, RORY HANNA, pay the wife,
VONA HANNA $25.00 a week temporary alimony beginning Friday, June 29,
1973;
IT IS FURTHER QRDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, RORY HANNA, repay
to the w'ife, VONA HANNA, the sum of $250.00 which wife has paid to Dr.
Carbonara for services during the wife's pregnancy; that the husband, -

~ has caused to be paid to Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital as a deposit for

her confinement;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the husband, RORY HANNA, be

~ responsible for the balance of the hospital bill incurred by the wife's .
pregnancy;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, RORY HANNA,
~
~ pay to the wife, VONA HANNA, the sum of $50.00 per week until said sums

~ set out above for the doctor and hospital bills are repaid,to wife;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the sums required to be
Jj paid by the husband herein shall be paid to the Office of the Clerk

of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together with $1.00

Clerk's fee.

IT IS FURTI~R ORDERED APID ADJUDGED that the qaestion of attorneys
