This cause came on for trial this 2nd day of July, 1973, and the Court,
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit: that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties: and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF UTARRLAGE. The marriage betwEen KENNETH
~ LEE TRIPLETT and GAY U. TRIPLETT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from Ehe bonds of matri-
;
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

j 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into

? evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered

` to comply with the provisions thereof.

hereby authorized to assume h~r former name of LORETTA GAY UNDERWOOD

~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
; 4. RESTR.AINING ORD~R. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
