JtK 1 3 22 PH'73 FINAL JUDGMENT ~d This cause came on for trial this ~d day o , 1973, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdic- tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties, and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) The marriage bet~veen P~illiam Harold Casey and I:athleen T. Casey be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby foreve r freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between thern and from the obli- gations arising therefrom. ~ ~ ~ (2) Kathleen T. Casey be and she is hereby authorized to f - ~ ; assume her former name of Kathleen T. Sibert and to use the same ~ t s in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ° (3) Kathleen T.
