This cause came on for trial this 2nd day of July, 1973,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence,
finds and determines: That this Court has ~urisdiction of the parties
and sub3ect watter of the suit; That the relationship of husband and
wife now exists beti~een the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUIX3ED as follows :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MA~RIAGE. The marriage between MABY ELAINE
ERGLE, Petitioner, and J. AATHUR ER~LE, 8espondent, be and the saiae is
hereb,y dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore eaisting between them and
from the obli~ations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. The custody of JOSEPH WILLIAN EBGLE, and
80BERT HAY ERGLE, the minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
: to I~ARY ~.LAINE ER1L~, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to th~

` Respondent, J. ARTHUR ER~sLE.

; 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~ day of ,
` 1973, the Aespondent, J. ARTHUB ERGLE, shall pay to the Petitioner,

I~ARY ELAINE ERGLE, the sum of ~100.00 each and every month for the
' support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the

Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Petitioner. In
addition there is here assessed the sum of .~1.00 as statutory costs
` to be ad~ed+to each payment to be made t~ the Clerk. All payments

~ shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the

~ oarties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
~ mailin~ and residence addresses at all times while this order i~ in
