St. u~ ao" If a conveyance shoul~l be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part thereof, wit`,out the written consent of the Association, and without assumption in regular form of law t-y thP grantee of the obligations to the Assxiat~on created by said promissory note and this mort- ga~e, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Association, and without notice, all sums of i money secured hereby shall immediately and cencurrently with such conveyance become due and pay- ~ able and in detault. The Associat;on reserves the righi to withhold consent to any such conveyan~e ~ ar~~ assumption until and unless satisfactory tinancial reports and other personal data ~equired by the ~ Assoc~aticn are furnished to the Association by the party acquiring title to the premises, or any part E thereo4.
