2. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or amend said
' mortgage and note except as specifically set forth herein,
3. That said mortgage and note as so modified shall remain in full
force and effect and shall be enforceabie in accordance with the terms
thereof.

and seals and Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River
County has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate
