RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and
enjoining the Husband from using physical vioZence upon her,
molesting,bothering or interfering with her, and to keep him `
from going to the home or around the home of the Wife, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, '
Tt is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Husband, JOHI~INY REB FERRELL, be and he
is hereby enjoined.and restrained from interfering with, harassing,
annoying or.using physical vioZenceupon the Wife, and the Husband
is further restrained and enjoined specificalZy from i~terfering
