DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGB
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court, haviag given full
consideration to all the evidence, finda and deterw~ines; This Court has
jurisdiction of the parCies and subject matter of this suit; that the relatioa
of husband and vife noy exists between the parties; and that Lhe marriage betveen
the parties should be diasolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as foZlo~rs:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARAIAGE: The marriage betveen BONALD DEAN ROTH,
Husband, and CYNTHIA ANN ROTH, Wife, be and the earae is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are herebq forever freed fron the bonds of satrisony
heretofore ezisting between them and from the obligations arising therefro~.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: CYNTHIA ANN ROTH, be and she is hereby suthorized
to assume her fotmer naaie of CYNTHIA ANN ROBERTS, and to use the same in all
respects as if said marriage ha~ not intervened.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of thfs cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the eatry of such further orders as may be pr er.
