LOAN ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a corporation organized and existing under the
~aws of the United ~tates of America, hereinafter re f~rred to as the Mortgagee, the following real estate
~n the County of St._ Lu_ci_e in the State of Florida, towit:
Lots Twenty-one (21) and Twenty-two (22), Block Two (2) of PROSPERITY
PARK, a subdivision of the City of Ft. Pierce, Florida, according to
the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 55, of the Public '
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.-'
This is a second mortgage and is subject and inferior to that certain
mortgage made by Isaiah Lucas and Helen M. Lucas, his wife in favor of
Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County,
dated May 15, 1973 and recorded in Official Record 8ook 214, page 1019,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Any defauit in said first
mortgage shall automatically constitute a default under this mortgage.

~ thereof, without th~ ~riritten consent of the Association, and witheut assumption in regular form of
; law t~y the grantee of the obligations to the Association created by said promissory note and this mort-
s gage, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Association, and withou[ notice, all sums ot
! money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrently with such conveyance become due and pay-
` able and in default. The Association reserves the right to withhold consent to any such conveyance
~ an~ assumption until and unless satisfactory tinanc~al~ reports and other personal data required by the ~
~ Assocsatien are furnished to the Association by the pariy acquiring titie to the premises, or any part
~ thereof. By giving its consent to such conveyance, the Association sha11 not be deemed to have released

the mert~agor hereunder from any liability hereunder. The Association may deal with successors in in-
' terQSt with reference to this mor~age and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the

; mortgagars, and may forbear to sue or may extend time for payment of the debt, secured hereby, or
' ot~~erwise act without d~scharging or in any way affec!ing the liability of the mortgagors hereunder
_ or upon the debi hereby secured. The Association may atso deal with the Mortgagors and/or with
± successors in interest with reference to this mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to
sue, extendin; the time for payment of the debt, providing for different monthly payments and/or a
- dif ferent interest rate, and by other express modi f~cations of the contract, without losing any priority
_ the Association has over other mortgagees or lienors or holders of any junior interest in the property
secured hereby.
