interrogatories filed in this action on or about April 24, 1973,
together with their answers thereto in the form, style, and
manner as provided in RCP 1.340, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that PZaintiffs shall, on
or before said date and time, pay to Defendant LUCILLE V. COSTA,
the sum of $50 as reasonable attorney fees in obtaining this
order; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that if Plaintiff ~ails to timely
comply with all provisions of this Order then this action .
