the "hiortgagor", by Indenture bearing date of F~pril 24, 1972, and recarded in the Office
of the Glerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Qook 201, Page 1959, Public Records of St.
~ucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to Citizens Qank of Palm Beach County, West
~`alm Beach, Floriaa, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, fihe premises
tt~erein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand
(5200,000.00) Dollars, together with interest as specified therein;
ANb kHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said Mortgagee to release the
premises liereinafter ~escribed, being a part of said rt~ortgaged prEmises, from the lien
and operation of said Mortgage;
