RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT 2~1'~S
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, THE EQUITABI~E LIFE A3SURANCE SOCIETY
OF THE UNITED STATES, a New York corporation, does hereby
release and forever discharge unto Mission Groves, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, that certain Assignment of Mortgage
and Mortgage Modification Agreement as Collateral Security
executed on November 9, 1971 and recorded in Officlal Records -
Book 196, Page 2g?3 in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida.
