ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE AND ~
MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN that MI$SION GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation having
its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, (herein
called the Assignor), in consideration oF the sum of $10.00 and
other good and valuable considerations paid by SUN BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
a Florida banking corporation havings it principal place of business
at Fort Pierce. (herein called "Bank"), hereby assigns unto Sun Bank ~
a certain mortgage executed by Adams Iiarrison Investments, Inc., to
Assignor, dated September 7, 1963, securing the payment of a promissory
note in the principal sum of $245,000.00 of even date therewith with
interest as therein described, said mortgage being recorded in Official
Record Book 70 at page 182 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and encumbering real property situtate in St, Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 27,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East, less roads
and canals ~
together with the promissory note described in said mortgage, and the
monies due and to be due thereon, and the Mortgage Modification Agree-
ment executed with respect to said mortgage and the indebtedness secured
thereby by O. R. Minton and Shirley Ann Minton, d/b/a Indianola Groves
` and Assignor, wherein the said O. R. Minton and Shirley Ann Minton

; did assume and agree to pay the then balance of the mortgage debt as

; Official Record Book 184, at page 2371 of the public records of St,
