FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION 258146
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition .
for Adoption filed in this cause, and the report of the Division of
Family Services, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners
are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child sought to be
adopted and that the best interests of this child will be promoted
by the adoption and that the child is suitable for adoption by the
Petitioners, FRAZIER BUTLER and RUTH BUTLER, his wife, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is -
ORDERED AND AWUDGED that the minor child known as RUTH LAVENIA
BUTLER is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, and is
given the name of RUTH LAVENIA BUTLER, by which name she shall here-
~ after be known, and it is

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child

F and legal heir of the Petitioners, FRAZIER BUTLER and RUTH BUTLER,

E entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations
