This cause having been heard upon Motion for Rule to ShoW Cause
for enforcement of the final ~udgment filed by MARY L. CLINE and MARY L. CLINE
having appeared ~rit:1 counsel and D(?NALD WAYNE CLINE having been duly notified
and appeared ~rithout counsel and the court having considered the evidence, it i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows:
1. CONTEIrR'T. DONALD WAYNE CLINE is found to be in Contempt of
Court for failure to make the pa~}rments provided for by the Final Judgment and
he is hereby sentenced to thirty (30) days in 3ai1, to be suspended upon the
v~..yment of required $75.00 per ~,reek for support and mainter.ance pa;,rments and
to bring current the mortgage payments presently found to be in arrears to
Vanguard Insurance by W~y of Atico Financial Corporation and that the said
! p~yments sha11 be brought current on or before July k, 1973.

~ 2. That DONALD WAYNE CLINE is found to be in arrears on child
~support, alimo~}r ar,d on the mortgage payments and in the event DOfiALD WAYNE CLI
shall fail to bring his required payments current and/or shall fail to comply
~
~rith this Order and the original Order, as to the said payments, MARY L. CLINE
or her attorney may file ~rith this court an affidavit to that effect and a
Commitment Order ~rill be issued ~rithout flirther notice to DONALD WAYNE CLINE.

3. That a copy of this Order shall be furnished to DONALD WAYNE
