KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WILLIAM N, WATSON, individually
and as Trustee, the Owner and Holder of that certain mortgage
executed by PROPERI'Y MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC., a Florida Corporation,
to PHILIP IVEINER, as Trustee, bearing the date of the 23rd day of
December, 1968, and recorded in Official Record Book 174, Page 2902,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing payment of the
original sum of Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000,00) Dollars, upon

BANK AND TRUST COMPAyY OF STUART, a National Banking Association
of Stuart, Florida, by Assignment of Mortgage dated Aiarc}1 28, 1973,
and recorded April 12, 1973, in Official Record Book 212, Page 2845
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as assigned
