individually and as Trustee, to release the premises hereinafter
described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said ~fortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KN01V YE, That the said WILLIA~i H. WATSON, indi-
vidually and as Trustee, as well in consideration of the premises
as of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, to WILLIAI~t H. WATSON,
individually and as Trustee, in hand paid by the said ROBINSON
CALLEN, as Trustee, and B:D.B. DEVELOPMENT CORP., at the time of
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien
and operation of said mortgage unto the said ROBINSON CALLEN, as
Trustee, heirs and assigns, and B.D.B. DEVELOPMENT CORP., its
successors and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land,
being a part of the premises conveyed-by said mortgage, to H~it:
All that part of the South S00 feet (measured along
the right of way line of State Road A-1-A) of
Government Lot 2, Section 12, Township 37 S~outh,
~ Range 41 East, lying Easterly of said Road A-1-A,
~ St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ TO HAVE AND TO EiOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said ROBIVSON CALLEN, as Trustee, and assigns, and B.D.B. DEVELOPriENT
CORP., its successors and assigns, forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein con-
tained s}~all in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien
or incumbrai~ce of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of
said mortgaged premise~, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
~ the rights and remedies of the holder hereof.
