by this Note, or the riartgAge securing the payment of this Note,
or a~y other documenC delivered in connecCion ~aith said loan,
result in the computation or earning of interest in excess of
the maximum legal rate of interest which is legally permitted
under the l.aws of Florida, ttien any and all such excess shall be
and the same is hereby waived by the Payee and holder hereof, 3nd
any and all such excess shall be automatically credited against
, and in reduction of the balance due under this indebtedness, and
the portion of said excess which exceeds the balance due under
this indebtedness shall be paid by the Payee and holder hereof to
the Maker and parties liable for the payment of this Note.
The Maker and all endorsers and guarantors of this Note
hereby waive demand, presentment, notice of non-payment, dishonor
and protest, and agree i.n case suit shall be brought for the col-
lection hereof, or iC is necessary to place the same in the hands
of an atCorney for collection, to pay reasonable at~orney's fees
for ma'~cing such collection, whether the hol.der hereof is qbligated
therefor or nor.
It is agreed that the ~ranting to the I~taker of this Not~
or any other party of an extension or estensions oF time for the
payment of any sum or s~ns due hereunder or under L-he Mortga~e }
securing the payn:ent ot this ~Tote or for Lhe pertormance of any
covenant or stiaulation thereof or the ta~cing of other or addi-
tion~l securit}~ shall not in any ~~ay release or affec~ the liability
of the rialcer and the endorsers and guarantors of this Note.

t shall any waiver of any provision hereof be effecti~ve, except by an
~ instrumenC in cariting executed by the Payee.
