records of St. Lucie County, F2orida, in consideration of the
sum of Ten ($10.00) DolZars and other good and valuable considerations
paid by FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, a National
Banking Association of Stuart, Florida, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged,has granted, bargained and sold, assigned,
transferred and set over unto, and by these presents does grant,
bargain and sell, assign, transfer and set over unto said FIRST
NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, a National Banking
Association of Stuart, Florida, the above described Mortgage, to-
gether with the Note described in that Mortgage and the money due
and to become due thereon with interest from the 17th day of March,
1973. ~ _
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto FIRST NATIONAL BANK
AND TRUST COMPANY OF STIJART, a Nat i~onal Banking Association of
Stuart, Florida, its successors or assigns forever.
