KNOW ALL MEN BY THF.SE PRESENTS: That LANDMARK VII.LAS,
INC., a Florida corporation, party of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars and other
valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of
ROBINSON CALLEN, as Trtistee, party of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second
part all~of the future lease consideration payments of that cer-
tain lease bearing date the 23rd day of January, A.D., 1970,
and recorded in O.R. Book 182, Page 1384, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, together with Amendment thereto dated
August 19, 1970, recorded in O.R. Book 187, Page 2804, Public
