RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Husband for a temporary restraining order, restraining and ~
enjoining the Wife from telephoning, annoying, harassing or ;

bothering him, and to keep her from going to the Holiday Inn, '
being the place of employment of the Husband, located on Okeechabee
Road at Ft. Pierce exit from Sunshine Turnpike, St. Lucie County,

Florida, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED as folZows:
1. That the Wife, MAXINE L. ATKINSON, be and~she is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interferinq with, harassing,
annoying or telephoning the Husband, and the Wife is further

restrained and enjoined from going to the Holiday Inn located on
Okeechobee Road at Ft. Pierce exit from Sunshine Turnpike in St.
j Lucie County, Florida, being the Husband's place of employment.

2. Al1 and singular the Sheriffs qf the state of Florida

are directed to render such assistance to the Ausband as may be
necessary in insuring the Wife's compliance with this Order without
