LUCIE COUNTY, ~ZSS.~4Q5 STATE OF FLORIDA CAS E NO : 7 3•-416-CA IN RE: The Marriage of EZZARD LOWE MATUTE, Husband and LILLIE MAE MATUTE, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 5th day of July, 1973 and ~ the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ; and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub- ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND AANDGED as fol lows : 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EZZARD IAWE MATUTE and LILLIE MAE MATUTE be and the same is hereby dissolved, ; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoin~d and restrained from interfering with, harassinq or annoying, the other.
