This cause came on for trial the 29th day of June, 1973
and the court having given consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties should be dissolved, it is ~thereupon;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

l. DISSOI,UTION OF MARRIAdGE; The marriage between the '
parties JOHI+t' WILLIAM METZGER and DEBORAFi LYNN LOPES METZGER, be ar?d
the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ;
hereby forever freed from the bonds of--matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER RENEE METZGER, minor
child o€ the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife, DEBORAH LYNN LOPES
METZGER, with re asonable visitation rights reserved to the husband,
~ JOHN WILLIAM METZGER.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the Sth day of July, 1973, the

husband, JOHN WILLIAM METZGER shall pay to the wife, DEBORAH LYNN LOPFS

METZGER, the sum of $15.00 each and every week for the support of the !
. ,
child named above. Each p ayment shall be made to the Clerk of this
,
{ Court and by him remitted promptly to DEBORAH LYNN LOPES METZGER.
. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $Z.00 as -•statutory
costs to be added to each p ayment made to the Clerk. All payments sh all
be made in cash, money order ar cashier's check. Both of the parties

~ are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing

and residence addresses at all times while~ Rhis Order is in effect.
