to h ave possession and ownership of all the furniture and household

effects of the parties which also includes the television set.
The wife is also to have possession and ownership of the 1967 Honda
Motorcycle which is now in the name of the husband. The husband is
to sign said 1967 Honda Motorcycle over to the wife. The husband is
to have possession and ownership of the 1967 Dodge.
5. RESTRAIDTING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
6~ FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300.00
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney, Rupert Jasen Smith, for
his services herein and JOHN WILLIAM METZGER is ordered to pay said
attorney said sum together with costs lherein assessed at $3.00 for a
tota]. of $303.00.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause~ and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. ~
