FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the Sth day of July, 1973 and
the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
r
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ~It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1.. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LEON LEE ~
~ and BARBARA ROBINSON LEE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~

~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~
E of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of LOVELL LEON LEE, minor child of the
~
parties, is hereby awarded to BARBARA ROBINSON LEE, with reasonable
~ visitation rights reserved to LEON LEE.
3. JiJRISDICTION. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause
and the parties hereto for the purpose of considering questions of
~
~ child support should the same be raised subsequent hereto.
~ DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
~
Florida this ~~day of July, 1973.
