RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and
enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting or
annoying the Wife or the minor child, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Husband, JOSEPH J. SARDELI,A, be and he
is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
'f harassing or annoying the Wife.
~ 2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the state of Florida
~

& are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be
~

necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order,
~ without further order of this Court.
