($20, 000. 00), to the minor, through his father, LAWRENCE SPARKMAN, is

! a fair, full and adequate consideration for that certain minor as a result
a of the accident resulting in injuries involved herein, the Defendant denying

~ and The Gourt being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, ALVIN SPARKMAN,

~ do have and recover from the defendant, WARREN SCHOCHET, the sum of
