ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This cause having been heard upon Motion for Enforcement of
the Final J~dgment filed by VICTORIA JONES and VICTORIA JONES having
appeared with counsel and MARVIN JONES having been duly notified and
appeared without counsel and the Court having considered the evidence,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. GONTEMPT. MARVIN JONES is found to be in Contempt of Court
for failure to make the payments provided for by the Final Judgment
and he is hereby sentenced to 1 da s in 'ail, to be sus ende

upon the payment of $45.00 each and every week commencing the _~L._~
day of July, 1973.
2. ARREARAGE. MARVIN JONES is found to be in arrears on child
support in the sum of $360.00 and he shall pay an additional $2.00
; each and every week until the arrearage is paid in full,

' 3. PAYMENTS. All payments, together with a$1.00 Clerk's fee

' shall be made to the Clerk of this Court by Cash, money order or
~ cashier's check. The Cl~rk shall promptly remit said payment to
~
VICTORIA JONES. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times.
' 4. COI~IITMENT. Upon the failure of MARVIN JONES to make said

payments, VICTORIA JONES or her attorney may file with this Court an
affidavit ta that effect and a Commitment Order will be issued without

further notice to MARVIN JONES.
