ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on June 29. 1973 on the
Husband's Motion for Order of Contempt, and the Court having
heard testimQny of the parties and argument of counsel for the
respective parties and being fully advised in the premises,
It is, thereupon, ORDERED:
1. That the Husband, Paul Jurkowski, is entitled to a
the possession and ownership of the following described personal
property removed from the marital dwelling by the Wife, Dorothy
Jurkowski, to-wit: a marble shelf and two brackets which held
the shelf and the mirror; the t-v tower; and the said Dorothy
Jurkowski shall forthwith deliver the said personal property to

the Husband, Paul Jurkowski.

; 2. That the Wife, Dorothy Jurkowski, shall have the ~

~ possession and ownership of the following personal property re-

; moved by her from the marital home, to-wit: the built-in cabinet
' from the family room; living room and bedroom curtain rods and

inner curtains.
3. The request of the Husband for attorney's fees and
costs is hereby denied.
