ON THIS UAY, personally appeared before me, the undersigned
officer, duly authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgments,
~~JANINA M, SZCZAWINSKI, who, being first duly sworn by me, upon her
oath deposes and says that she is the same person designated as one
of the Grantees in that certain deed dated Ju1y 14, 1970, and
recorded in 0. R. Book 186, at Page 309, covering the premises
described as:
Lots 1 and 26, Block 139 of FORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
27, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 5, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant was married to TADEUSZ J. SZCZ_~WINSKI on the
1? day of Apri1, , I933 , and said marriage was continuous
and uninterrupted from its inception until the 14th day of September,
1972, the latter date being the date of death of TADEUSZ J.
