BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, this date,
appeared ALBERT E. GRAMMER, who, upon being by me duly sworn,
deposes and says that he is a practicing attorney located at
10 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603; that he
is the grantee in that certain Deed in Trust dated April 3,
1958, filed July 21, 1958, in Deed Book 239, page 307, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which said deed conveyed
to him the follawing described property:
South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 and NE 1/4
of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 17, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, in St. Lucie County, ~
Florida.
That said deed recited that Albert E. Grammer acquired title
as Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated
April 3, 1958, known as Trust Number One; that there never was
any separate trust agreement dated April 3, 1958 knawn as
Trust Number One and that Albert E.`Grammer as grantee under {
said instrument dated April 3, 1958 took title to the afore-
mentioned property solely as Trustee for Charles Reese and
Anna Reese, his wife, and for their daughter, Kathryn Carlisle,
and for no other person or persons;

i deed dated June 5, 1961, £iled June 12, 1961, in O.R. Book 12,
~ page 123, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in

~ said deed affiant, as such grantor, intended to convey all of

to College Park Estates of St. Lucie County, Inc., a Florida
corporation.
