~ This cause coming to be heard upon the Petition of
the Husband, BILLIE E. BILIMAN for enforcement of Final Judgment
and the Wife, MARIAN R. BILIi~+IAN's response thereto, and the Court
having heard argument of counsel for both of the parties, and the ~
Court being advised in the premises
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Husband's Petition to require the Wife to transfer
twelve shares of Winn-Dixie common stock acquired in a stock split
~ after execution of the Agreement between the parties is hereby
