DISSOLUTI4N OF MARRIAGE
,This cause came on for trial ~he 6th day of July,
1973, and the Court, having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines; This Cour~ has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. The Court further finds that the Wife has a
special equity in the home of the parties lying in a part of
Government Lot 2 in Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 40
, East by reason of use of the Wife's individually owned and pre-
marriage funds and the Wife making the mortgage payments on the
; property.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:

; 1. The marriage between FIAYD HAyy, JR, and BERTHA L.

~ I~LL be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and e~tch -

~ of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matriinony
heretofore existing between them and from the ob~igations arising

therefrom.

~ 2. The Wife has a special equity in the following described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, amounting to 100%:
