From a point 954.69 feet Sotith of•the NW corner
of_the East ~ of the NW~ and the East right-of-
way of U.S. #1, run East 310 feet for point of
beginning; then run South 93.81 feet to a point;
then run East 249.9 feet to the West right-of-
way of Old Dixie~Highway; then run NWly on said
right-of-way_100 feet; then run West 215 feet
to the point of beginning. Said land being a
part of Government Lot 2.
- The Husband shall convey his interest in the above described real
property within ten days of the date hereof; in the event of the
failure of the Husband to convey to the Wife, as Ordered, this
Final Judgment shall operate as a full and complete conveyance
of all of the Husband's right, title and interest in the above
described real property to the Wife, BERTHA L. I~ALL.
3. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars to be reasonable for the Wife's attorneys for their
service~ herein, and FLOYD I~LL, JR. is Ordered to pay the law
firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes said sum together with costs
herein assessed at Thirty-Eight ($38.00) Dollars for a total of
Three Hundred Thirty-Eight ($338.00) Dollars.
