FINAZ JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of July,
1973 upon Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Husband's
letter answer and Husband's telegraphic waiver of Notice of
Final Hearing, and the Court, having given full consideration
to all the evidence finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved.
` It is therefore ORDERED as follows:

~ l. The marriage between LEE R. CREASMAN and MYRTICE L.

CREASMAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~
therefrom.
2. Custody of DONNA IQ~Y CREP,SMAN and PATRICIA SUSAN
CREASMAN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
~
~ MYRTICE L. CREASMAN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to LEE R. CREASMAN.
