FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
This cause came on for trial this date, and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists ~
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows -
l. The marriage between HENRY H. PORTER and JOY PORTER, be
and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them ;
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. That JOY PORTER be and slZe is hereby authorized to resume
~ her former name of JOY MAISASCO and to use the same in all respects
~
` as if said marriage had not intervened.

3. Z'he Wife, JOY PORTER, is granted the use and possession
F of the 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner automobile now in the possession
: of the Husband, HENRY H. PORTER. HENRY H. PORTER is ordered and
~
' directed to deliver over to the Wife, JOY PORTER, the 1968 Plymouth
~
` Roadrunner automobile instanter.

~ 4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained

from interfering with, harass ing or annoying the other.
