MORTGAGE idODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEI~~NT
THIS AGREEriENT, made and entered into this,2~~~ day of
June, 1973, by and between OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a
Tennessee corporation duly authorized to do business in the State
of Florida (hereinafter called the "riortgagor") and FIRST NATIONAL
CITY BANK, a national'bankinq association organized under the Iaws _
of the United States of America (hereinafter called the "Mortgagee"). -
~~T I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, tiortgagee is now the owner and holder by assignment
of the following mortgages, to-wit:
(a) A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, 1970,
by ":-iortgagor" to Continental Mortgage Investors, ~a t!assachusetts
Business Trust, securing $~,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record
Book 187, Page 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, encnmbering certain lands in St. Lucie.County, Florida therein
more particulariy described; as amended by r'odification of ~~iortgage
Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured by an additional
principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and also encumbering other
lands in Polk County, Florida, which Modification of Mortgage Deed
was recorded~in Official Record Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
(b) A Florida Aiortgage Deed, executed the 4th day of June,
1971, by and between "!•!ortgagor" and Continental t4ortgage Investors,
securing $3,SOO,OOO.QO, encumbering certain lands in Polk and St.
Lucie Counties, Florida therein more particularly described, recorded
in Official Record Book 1368, Page 1005, et seq., Public Records of
Polk County, Florida and in Official Record Book 193, Page 2301, et.
seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; as amended by
Modification of Florida riortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amend-
ing the sum secured by an additional principal indebtedness of
$429, 644. 00, which I4odification of Rlorida l~:ortgage D~ed was recorded
in Official Record Book 1490, Page 629, et seq., Public Records of
Polk County, Florida and in Offici al Record Book 208, Page 897, et.
seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
(c) A:iortgage of Real and Personal Property executed the
16th day of February, 1971 by "ttortgagor" to Unionamerica iaortgage
and Equity Trust, a real estate investment trust organized under the
laws of California, securiiig $1,300,000.00, encumbering certain lands
, in Monroe County, Florida therein more particularly described, recorded
' in Official Record Book 470, Page 7, et seq., Public Records of
