S~. tR0~0~ERCM~it~1~: t ARTHiJR DAV ID ROACH, Husband ,~583~ J C~ER~t CNtC~1tt COU~ and Rf.COflD YEa~riEO SHELBY ROACH, Wife 6 2 3i ~~~3 FINAL JUDGMENT-DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial on the 6th day of July, I973, and the parties being represented by their respective counsel, and the Court having given full consideration to all the eviden~e, finds and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ARTHUR DAVID ROACH and SHELBY ROACH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The Agreement between the parties, ~ introduced in evidence and marked petitioner's exhibit "A" was i executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best ~ ~ ~ interest of the parties and is approved and incorporated in this ; ~ a ` judgrnent by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with ~ ; it. z , 3. RESTORATION OF NAME.
